[Meryl always figured that these kinds of things were just basic. She even habitually put lights on her cottage in the middle of the woods that noone will even see.]

[Plus, her own gifts aren't that good. Dominic got a few stress relieving candles because he'll need them with Anemone around she's still not sure if he's okay after what happened earlier in the year, and Anemone got a lot of winter clothes because Meryl saw her out in the cold with not that much on.]
